Dual study program - Industrial engineering with specialization in mechanical engineering (m/f/d)

The dual study program in the hot pressing plant consists of theoretical lessons at a university or university of applied sciences. Here you will attend lectures, seminars and exercises to acquire the theoretical knowledge for your future career. Among other things, you will learn the theoretical basics of materials science and mechanics at the university or university of applied sciences, which are necessary for working in the hot stamping plant.

During the practical phases, you will get to know the different departments of the hot pressing plant. Work on exciting projects in our dedicated team. System administrator

Your activities:

Contact for internal employees with IT queries
Administration and monitoring of server systems and network infrastructures
Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
Support with IT projects and the introduction of new technologies
Administration of our ERP system (proAlpha)

Your profile:

Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems administrator) or comparable qualification
Sound knowledge in the administration of Windows and Linux systems, as well as Microsoft 365
Experience with network technologies (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall)
Experience with the administration of ERP systems

Apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

What does a cutting machine operator do?

"Simply removing mechanically everything that does not belong to the finished component" - this description sounds simple, but does not do justice to the profession of a cutting machine operator. There is no planing, but chips do fall, through turning, milling, drilling and grinding.
Machinists produce tools for our drop forge from various steel and metal products and do so with the utmost precision. Nowadays, computer-controlled (CNC) machines are mostly used for this. Their tasks also include carefully planning and preparing sequences and machining processes. To do this, cutting machine operators have to read and implement technical drawings correctly.
