Schachmann hot pressing plant in the Eifel region produces a wide variety of top-qualityproducts for your project - whether for mechanical engineering, medical technology or automotive-industry. We respond flexibly to your wishes and produce your forging with over 60 years of experience exactly according to your ideas.

In hot forging, the hot stamping plant processes almost all metallic materials with a weight from 0.2 to 25 kg. In addition to the processing of steels, we also offer the forging of special materials .

Customized production

Tools and special alloys for your personal component

We achieve this flexibility primarily through our individual tool production (forging dies) and our wide-ranging stock of input materials. The production in Germany as well as the increased use of modern robotics also enable us to minimize delivery times. Whatever project you are planning as an engineer or designer - we realize it exactly according to your conception.

Due to the partial automation of various process steps as well as short set-up and adjustment times, we always guarantee efficient overall production. In addition, the machinery in the hot stamping plant is designed to be convertible so that our employees (co-workers) can variably adjust the configuration depending on the product.
