Heat Treatments

 

We use different heat treatment processes according to specific materials
and requirements, in order to further improve the mechanical properties of
our forged items and achieve the highest level of quality possible.
 

Optimal conditions for the further processing of forged components
are created by using heat treatments after the forging process.
 

We offer the following heat treatments:

> Tempering	> Isothermal annealing
> Normalising	> Spherodizing
> BY annealing	> Ferrite-pearlite annealing
> Annealing until the    material has reached    a specific structure    for processing	> Nitriding
